Yes — anywhere from 6 friends on a custom European tour to 200-person corporate incentive groups. Group bookings unlock significant savings, complimentary tour leader spots, and dedicated planning support.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, and bank wire. A deposit of typically 25% holds your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Some custom trips use a different schedule — we'll confirm at booking.
Cancellation terms depend on the supplier and booking type. We always disclose the full policy in writing before any deposit is taken. Travel insurance is strongly recommended — we can include it with any booking.
Yes — for any trip with non-refundable components (which is most international travel). We work with Manulife and Allianz to provide trip cancellation, emergency medical, and baggage coverage. Quotes are free.
For most destinations requiring a visa for Canadian passport holders, yes. We handle paperwork preparation, supporting letters, embassy appointments, and document courier. Some destinations require in-person biometrics that you'll need to attend.

Custom trips typically start around $4,000 per person for international destinations. Below that threshold, we'd usually steer you toward one of our pre-built packages, which are excellent value and still highly customizable.
